The partner law firm only receives a Sub-authorization to conduct proceedings. For you this means: You keep Temion at your side as the main person responsible.
Should a law firm not provide the service you expect, we stand up for you personally - from lawyer to lawyer. Your satisfaction is non-negotiable for us.
If the situation does not improve, we draw the consequences: We withdraw the sub-authorization and transfer the mandate to another qualified law firm.
In serious cases we terminate our cooperation with the partner law firm permanently.
