You tell us about your case
Stage 1
- We will ask you a few simple questions upfront
- We make sure your situation fits the case profile
- We make sure your case is feasible for our framework
- answering the questions is very fast, it can usually be done in less then 5 minutes
If there are more we need to know
- We check, if there is more to ask in this case, if so we give you an instant feedback.
- Feedback is usually made within 1 hour (between: 7 am and 6 pm; after that before 9 am on the following working day)
We send you a written evaluation of your case and you decide, where to go
Stage 2
- You get a written expert’s opinion on your case
- On the next business day (Mon – Sat)
- If you decide to proceed with your case, you can sign the paperwork digitally using eIDAS approved signature, so: no paperwork needed
- there will also be an option to use paper instead
Sit back, while your fight starts
Stage 3
- We will bring your case through the legal system
- We will take all necessary steps to pursue your case
- No more paperwork from here on (probably)
- We will represent your case in court, if needed.
- We cut through the red tape with your insurance, if applicable
- We will keep you updated throughout the entire case digitally
At this step there may or may not be cost involved. Either way, we will tell you in advance.
