Basis for the processing of your data
Your data is collected, processed and stored for the following purposes:
- Marketing
- Fulfilment of contracts
- Fulfilment of legal obligations
Your data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 Letters a, b, c and f GDPR. Legitimate interests within the meaning of Art. 6 Para. 1 Letter f) are in particular:
- Money laundering compliance
- Fulfillment of tax obligations
- Prevention of criminal offenses
- Compliance with national and international regimes on sanctions
What kind of data is being stored, processed and shared
We process the following categories of personal data about you:
- All the data you provide to us (including the data you uploaded)
- Your IP address
- Browser info, including time zone, operating system and screen resolution.
Who we share your data with
By default, your data ist not being shared with any third party except BrazenTellurite.io GmbH and our datacenter provider (both are contract processors). Purpose: providing this service.
Sharing data with providers
If you engage into a contractual relation via this website, your data will be transferred and shared with the provider, you can verify the identity of any provider via the ‚providers page‘. Purpose: fulfilling contractual duties and legitimate interests (see above)
Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

How long we will retain your data
- We keep any data gathered automatically (including your IP address) for up to 31 days (longer though, in case there is reason to believe that there your data is related to criminal misconduct).
- For data gathered in connection with contractual relationship, the data will be stored for the duration of the contract plus 6 years and at least for 10 years after billing (whichever is longer).
Where your data is being physically kept
We only store your data on servers that are located within the European Union; our data centers are located in Estonia, Germany and Finland.
What rights you have over your data
According to the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you have the following rights:
- If your personal data is processed, you have the right to request information about the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR).
- If incorrect personal data is processed, you have the right to correction (Art. 16 GDPR, unless data is stored for archiving purposes).
- If the legal requirements are met, you can request the deletion or restrict the processing and object to the processing (Art. 17, 18 and 21 GDPR).
- If you have consented to the data processing or a contract for data processing exists and the data processing is carried out using automated procedures, you may have the right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR).
- Insofar as the data processing, storage or disclosure is (only) based on your consent, you can object to the data processing, storage or disclosure at any time.

Media you upload
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF/GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website. Same goes for PDF.
